Noisy Rooftop Chiller Units

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6169156.

So Local (175 Mare Street) has roof mounted chiller units towards the back of their building next to Elizabeth Fry Road. One seems to be broken and a constant whirring/trickling noise can be heard. This is much louder than usual and keeping us awake
