Fly-tipping again...

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6146846.

Sadly the area outside the private binstore of our block of flats has been used as a fly-tipping area.... again and again. I couldn't see any identifiers this time, but I have photos from a number of previous indications which all indicate one address
