Excessive rubbish trucks

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6135727.

Due to the commercial bins located on Welshpool street we have at least one rubbish truck going down our street at high speed, this causes all of our windows to shake. On collection days like today we have had 4 trucks down our small street.
