Impossible to escape LTN in a timely fashion

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6126619.

As we live in these areas, why not give resident permit holders immunity from LTN limits. It takes an impossible amount of time to get out of the area now when it used to take a few minutes. We are not rat-running. We are locals.
