No traffic management by contractors

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6109105.

The contractors have suspended a bay so that traffic can pass but they are parking there van in it causing traffic chaos. Send someone to make sure they are not causing a nuisance to all road users.
