Tenants littering

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6084828.

Constant problem with residents of 19 Springfield who dump their household waste on the street. There is currently a child's bed and other item i the pavement, causing hazard. The council should be writing to them or their landlord about this.
