Residents putting rubbish out on incorrect days

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6078841.

Residents on this terrace of Belsham street keep putting out rubbish for kerbside collections throughout the week, regardless of the collection day. There is always rubbish piled up outside these flats and it is attracting vermin.
