Unlocked rat-run gate

Sent to Hackney Council 3 days, 5 hours, 51 minutes later
The gate to stop Adolphus road being used as a rat-run keeps being unlocked. It needs locking by the council and considering whether a replacement padlock is needed.
The padlocks for this sort of gate can't be very secure because the emergency service only carry a limited number of keys. They are more there to prevent children opening them and and to indicate that law abiding citizens should not open them. If someone is willing to break the law, they need to be caught red handed.
This update is not from the council.
