Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6036204.

Lift 1553 has been out of commission since April and lift 1552 is constantly breaking down, multiple times a day and reports can go unaddressed for several days, meaning Hackney are restricting tenants from accessing their residences easily
