Rubbish bags thrown in river Lea

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6021009.

A woman from 46 Riverside Close called Oya often dumps sacks of rubbish on the towpath near to her house. Yesterday a boat moored on the river saw her throw the rubbish in the water. This could be because I have warned her not to leave on towpath.
