Lifts on block 82-160 constantly broken

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6020759.

These lifts have been terrible for at least 10 years. Now one has been out of service for over a month and the other one keeps breaking down. It has broken down today and Hackney have disabled the ability to report emergency repairs this evening.
