Nuisance smell

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6014704.

One of the restaurants on the ground floor of my building(115 Downs Road), all day/every day are frying/cooking something and the smell it’s absolutely unbearable. I can’t open any windows because the smell straight away comes in the flat.
