Cement mess in street left by builder at no. 16 Sydner road

A builder had a concrete mixer and pump today. He cleaned the street outside the house where the work was to a good standard but sadly left the gutter and granite setts teh entire length of the street covered in cement residue. Cars have now driven this mess into the Tarmac. It shows no consideration to the residents of Sydner road and the cement stains for many years.
