Aggressive behaviour and drug taking from homeless individuas

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5980122.

At 730am I viewed someone taking drugs on the street. Minutes later a homeless man asked me for money and became angry when I declined. He started advancing towards me, ranting. I am pregnant and was very scared. The antisocial behaviour is getting worse.
