I have noticed this car in a state of neglect being in the underground car park of our block for many weeks now and it has never moved. It looks abandoned (probably stolen). Access will need to be requested from one of the residents

  • The Nuisance Vehicle Team has received your report, unfortunately we are unable to remove this vehicle due to the vehicle in question being parked in a car park on private land that is not covered by abandoned vehicle policy. Please contact your housing association for further assistance/advice for private enforcement of abandoned vehicles inside your car park. We have closed this report due to not being able to deal with the report.
