Sewage on pavement from drain near 152 Bethune road

Sewage has been flowing down the pavement periodically from a drain outside 152 Bethune road for several weeks. Condoms, human waste are clearly visible. The smell is disgusting. This is a public health issue with the busy pavement used by small children.
