A bit of fly tipping(20 bags or so) AND more importantly the fly invasion

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5942136.

20 bags of fly tipping. But real problem is that the communal bins need a deep clean. Regularly. As soon as the temperature rises, we are infested by flies in the flats. This issue was reported as 'fixed' Neither of the problems have been fixed.
