Rubbish constantly dumped and overflowing from communal bins. bags left and ripped open by foxes. Complete mess.

There is a spot here where overflowing communal bins, rubbish left by owners of Archi express, and fly-tipped rubbish bags all combine to create a complete mess in this area. It needs resolving properly. Currently its very bad.
