School Zone can be problematic for disabled

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5873346.

My son is disabled and used a rollator. He had a fall at home, had to get to hospital. We could not get an ambulance, so called an Uber. 8:30 on a Friday, so the cab could not turn into street, so how was he supposed to walk to meet cab? I carried him
