Abandoned van without MOT

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5856724.

This van has been parked here for well over a month. Flat rear tyre, hasn't moved, sign of a break in on drivers door.

Also checked MOT online - it hasn't been MOT'd in over 2 years. Looks abandoned.
