Overflowing brown bin

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5855863.

I believe this bin was filled up by a woman who had been selling at the Princess May School Car Boot sale yesterday. she was sorting her stuff on the pavement and front access to 2 Princess May Road
