Human faeces at bottom of stairwell -2nd this week

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5815871.

Someone is defecting at the bottom of the stairwell of Juliet house. This is the second time reporting it this week. The first I reported on Tuesday at 10am to Arden Estate office. This is a serious issue for health & safety, someone might be trespassing
