Fly tipping of clothes and more

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5800432.

There has been clothes and other rubbish piling up here for months and needs to be removed and cleaned. There's a mouse problem in the area and trash like this only fuels the issue. Please remove all clothing and fly tipping from under the bridge thank you
