Overflowing bins and furniture

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5782584.

The bins are overflowing so there are no bins available for the households within the flats to pull there rubbish out. Unwanted furniture - bed, bed frame, wardrobe, suitcases just to name a few of the items have been placed outside the flats.
