12 Pearson St - Rain/Wastewater trapped in basement (ceiling open to the street)

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5765526.

Our living room is set on the basement (of the semi-detached house) and there is an opening that gives to the street. Something must have fallen onto there from the street but the odour is super strong and unbeareable (it smells like sewage)
