Bins are still overflowing in crown place and is an eye sore - there is now rubbish falling onto the floor and is not pleasent for anyone walking by

  • Ths problem has not been resolved and the rubbish is now falling on the floor as there is no space inside of the bin for members of the public to dispose of their rubbish
