Throwing food waste over the window & Dog poo

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5717649.

Green space, back of Atkinson house is littered. Food waste is thrown out from the windows high above, almost every day for over a year. Dogs’ poo is left behind unpicked in green areas & pavement. It's killing the grass & pigeons linger waiting to be fed.
