Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5698580.

Loud banging on the fourth floor of Fairchild house (between flat 40-43). Neighbours also have heard it, likely a treadmill running upstairs. Can describe the exact flat if contacted privately
