Access to Charlotte Road prohibited inside certain hours.

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5686383.

A sign at the entrance of Charlotte Road says the motorized vehicles are not allowed during certain hours. A sign below it says: except for ULEV's. This confuses drivers and is unnecessary as ULEZ applies everywhere in London. Please take sign off.
