The homeless man was sleeping for a while on the emergency stairs in the block of flats Caliban Tower however, we are also concerned about our safety and hygiene also toilet in of the area outside our flat. Life fretting too.

    The homeless man have a lighter and a candle and he is lighting a candle on the emergency stairs with plenty of cardboard boxes. And it’s quite life threatening.

  • The homeless man is still coming every night in to Caliban Tower and sleeping on the emergency hallway stairs he stays there till 10-11am does not care that people and children going to work and school he is blocking the way also making the mess everywhere. Nothing has been changed since first report no action has been taking. He can’t stay inside the building because is not fair on residents. I’m very concerned about him because we don’t know him and what he can do. Please fix the situation ASAP it has been a while now.
