Full bin & fly tipping
Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5675924.
There's a full bin that has been left untouched on the pathway (blocking the way) for the last 4 weeks. It's attracting pests and now there's also a wooden pallet left nearby. I.e. it's also attracting/validating fly tipping behaviour.

The binman once again took out the rubbish nearby AND the wooden crate that was on the pathway near the full bin. Yet the bin remains. It's been way over 24h since my last report & ~5wks of bin being here

Someone has wheeled the bin out of the pathway a couple days ago. Today the binman came to empty the bins and rolled this bin out on the pathway again!!!?!? Not emptying it!! It's been FIVE WEEKS
