Marks and Spencer staff littering cigarette bites

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5596859.

I have complained to marks and Spencer 3 times over 6 months with no response. Constant heavy litter of cigarette butts all over pavement and around the drain. I have explained to them that these go directly into the sea and requested they stop. No change
