Roof space in Alden House

I live on the 4th floor of Alden House and every evening I am hearing scurrying noises coming from the roof space above so feel there is a substantial pest issue within the space and although mice have been sighted within some properties, this is louder.

  • I have heard nothing from LBH on this issue but still hear the noises above every night and sometimes during the day. The problem is worsening
