Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5595438.

Hi. I complained today about rubbish out of the front garden at No 36 onto the street, I then got an update "State changed to: not the council's responsibility". Can you please tell me whose responsibility this is? Which agency would enforce a clean up?

  • Thank you for your report. This has been passed onto the managing agent to look into and asked for the rubbish in the front garden to be cleared.
