Bright light from broken shop front

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5578485.

Approximately 2 weeks ago this shop front was removed leaving the bright bulbs. The light shines 24/7 into the flat windows opposite. I have contacted islington council who have stated that hackney council is responsible for investigating
