The * option on the telephone answer service

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5564768.

When you phone the Council, you are given 9 options and the * if your enquiry isn't listed. However pressing the star doesn't take you anywhere, the options are just repeated again. So if your option e.g. technical support to login isn't there ???
