Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5564727.

As soon as I try and login to the Council website it blocks my account saying I have tried to login too many times. Despite it being my first attempt. I tried 5 days in a row last week. My account needs to be unblocked, you don't have an apartment to deal
