Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5465668.

We where issued on 3rd of December PCN: QZ15302467. Unfortunately we could not pay the PCN on time as we where on Holiday and returned back on the 6th of January. We have paid the PCN on 8th of January but are still getting letters from the council.
