Burning rubbish in the garden

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5430247.

In nb 52 Alkham Road, on quite a few occasions there's rubbish being burned in the back garden. The smoke is disturbing the whole neighbourhood, even though the closed windows it gets in the house.
