Abandoned sofa on the street - Rats

This sofa was abandoned on Dalston Lane, opposite number 170, for 20 days and no one from Hackney Council picked it up. Many rats are inside it, a lot of rubbish is accumulated around it. The street hasn't been swept for some time. We request urgent action
