No response from Hackney Permits department

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5355977.

I complained over a couple of weeks ago about the disgusting attitude of a worker named Anthony in the Business Rates department and nobody has responded to me. I also am lost as my permit was not approved, and now has magically been approved!
