New rubish on top of old rubish

Complained recently about rubish on the corner of my house. it hasn't been removed. now more rubish has been put on top. I want something done about it. send letters to everyone. put notice up like on other parts of this estate that aren't as vad as here.

    Reported this problem over a week ago. since ce then it has got worse. I want a sign put up about fly tipping. something needs to be done. it's o ly the people who live o this estate that are doing this
