Our bins are not being collected!!

There are 2 points of access to wear the bins are located; One gate on Richmond Road One gate on mare Street

These bins require collection and are now spilling onto the street causing problems with the neighbours

    This is disgusting and unacceptable!

    I have called and emailed for 3 months with little to no responses and the issue is yet to be resolved
