Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5271210.

20mph speed camera next to the traffic lights is faulty and are pictures of pedestrians and biycles when the other cars are passing under the 20mph limit even sometimes when there is no one around its also taking images.
