Recycling preparation too 5am too early

I have already made a complaint about this 4 weeks ago when woken up at 4:30 am. The next week was better, but the last three weeks 5 am 5:30 am. It’s not acceptable I was told they don’t leave the Depot till 6 am. What about a man who preps the street?
