Public toilets

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5252523.

Could someone please explain why the public toilets are locked at 16:30 ? I Needed to use these facilities, only to find them locked up on Saturday afternoon. Do you assume no one needs to pee after 16:30.
