  • Since the Council hasn't taken any action to prevent or clean up fly-tipping, the dumped garbage is getting bigger and bigger every day. This situation isn't safe or hygienic.

  • Rubbish serves as a conduit for the spread of fire and toxic smoke, thus not fully complying with all fire safety standards. A dumped bin pollutes the block and creates an unhygienic environment. Rubbish also encourages anti-social behaviour, such as drug use and improper bulk waste disposal. Therefore, the Council urgently needs to adopt strategies that can prevent fly-tipping, such as including posters, leaflets, information on recycling, and CCTV.
