Penetrating damp

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5233442.

My previous report was logged closed, but the advised course of action- individual residents reporting the issue to Repairs Department has not led anywhere. This is a repeated problem by numerous residents that the council is not addressing.
