Bins are poorly collected if at all they only empty out the first bin leaving the others full which results in an overcrowded dustbin house, which in turn leads to mice roaming around!!

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5233319.

The issue has been on going sometimes better sometimes worse. we need a proper collection weekly on all bins. otherwise it attracts mice and gets over over crowded. as well s it will reduce the possibility of the dustbin collectors leavening fallen rubbish
