Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5107609.

Over a week ago, I reported a dump outside 3 Sewdley St, E5 0AX. I received a text message on the 9 October informing me that the issue was resolved. I can confirm that the issue has NOT been dealt with because the dump remains outside the property
